Compass Manpower Services is recruitment firm targeting to cater different types of industry. Currently, we are focusing in providing manpower to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) / Call Center Industry.  The company have seen many opportunities in providing people by recognizing their abilities and talents based on their set of skills. Compass Manpower Services is founded by Mr. Camilo Macalinao. He’s been in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry for ten (10) years. He started as customer service representative way back in January 2006, until he was promoted as a senior team lead. Last year, he decided to leave the industry and started his own recruitment firm. Currently, Compass Manpower Services caters to eight (8) Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)'s that provides services to their international clients as a customer service representative for telecommunication companies, utilities, mortgages and as a financial analyst and collections analyst that services banks and other financial institutions particularly United States (US) and Australia. Compass Manpower Services was able to establish partnership to a different universities in the country that helps us in finding potential candidates to our clients by inviting us every job fair event in their school. As of now, we also have a partnership in Muntinlupa Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and ABS-CBN Job Caravan.
